Rose Colored Road

RV life, remote work, and figuring it out as we go.

So... We're Doing This

I'm a Rosenberry by name and an optimist by nature, so Rose Colored Road seemed like an appropriate name for what may or may not turn out to be a good idea.

This fall, my husband and I are leaving Pennsylvania for five weeks to make our way to Gardiner, Montana—and back again.

We're not in a hurry.

I'll be working remotely from the road, my husband is on sabbatical, and we've decided that four hours of driving in a day is plenty. We're taking the long way, stopping often, and figuring out what happens when you turn your camper into a mobile office and your vacation into a five-week experiment.

No RV life guru advice. No carefully curated version of the journey. Just the road, the camper, the occasional headache, and hopefully a lot of really good days.

Let's see where it takes us.

The Route

Following along as we go — each stop is a story.
